Leave Early from Muscat Wadi Shab is the ultimate place for new tourist to enjoy the real natural beauty of Oman at a fraction of travel and money. To truly enjoy the full experience, I recommend to leave Muscat by 7:00 AM . The drive takes about 1 hour 45 minutes along scenic coastal Route 17 toward Sur. Avoid starting late, especially on weekends, as parking fills up quickly .
